The USA GIRLS Midwest Nationals are limited to 30 teams and registration will close once this maximum is reached. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis; you must have at least submitted a non-refundable deposit to secure your team's registration. The previous year's Top 8 teams receive a deferred invitation automatically. Team's may consist of representative state teams or all-star teams. All wrestlers on the team must meet all age and registration qualifications for the tournament.
TEAM REGISTRATION
Teams should be registered by a designated leader who will serve as administrative and financial contact for that team. To reserve your team's spot, you may choose to make a deposit.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE DUE BY SUNDAY JULY 30TH.

WEIGHT DIVISIONS
The Duals Tournament is a combined-age team tournament. Match-ups with an age separation of more than 4 years may not be wrestled or scored at the discretion of either team's coaching staff. The guiding objective should be both safety and athlete morale in making this determination.
DUAL TEAM WEIGHTS: 50, 58, 66, 74, 82, 90, 95, 100, 106, 112, 117, 122, 127, 132, 138, 144, 152, 164, 180, 200+ (max 265) with a .9 allowance Each team can roster up to 26 wrestlers.

WEIGH-INS
Each team leader will be required to submit a roster prior to weigh-ins. The Duals tournament weight classes will have a .9 allowance (100 weight class <= 100.9 lbs). Wrestlers may move up only one weight class. Weigh-ins count for both the dual tournament and the open tournament.

Wrestling starts at 9am Saturday Sept. 30 after National Anthem and Prayer!

EACH DUAL TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING 1 TABLE WORKER.
Each team will receive FREE ENTRY for 1 table worker and 2 coaches.

DUALS SCORING/RULES: 6 pt. Fall or Forfeit; 5 pts. Tech; 4 pts. Major Decision (8+ points); 3 pts. Minor Decision (7 pts. or less). Round-Robin pools with crossover for placement.
